Concentrated liquid, XaniSafe 150 is a Class I CE Medical Device. It is a colorless, odorless sanitizing solution , ready for use on medical devices, surfaces, areas and outpatient surfaces.
XaniSafe 150 is a product based on silver ions stabilized in citric acid (SC30), a globally patented technology that actively acts on microorganisms such as viruses, fungi and bacteria. XaniSafe 150 was tested by the Cias laboratory of the University of Ferrara , with test method UNI EN 13697: 19 where it demonstrated antimicrobial power on Stafilococcus aureus ATCC 6538, Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 15442, Escherichia coli ATCC 10536, Enterococcus hirae ATCC 10541 . Silver ions have been extensively investigated for their sanitizing properties. This feature, combined with a favorable toxicological profile, makes them particularly suitable for use during cleaning and sanitizing treatments of surfaces or environments. The silver ions have a good toxicological profile, in fact there are no criticalities related to acute toxicity for the oral, inhalation and dermal exposure routes, as reported on the safety data sheet.
